The latest update of my manuals is just small modifications here and there, including AMDs forthcoming XOP instruction set (previously named SSE5).

I have not tested the Core i7 processor yet because I don't have access to one. If somebody out there has a core i7 running 64 bit Linux, I would be happy to do a remote testing. (I have tried to do remote testing on Windows and it is very clumsy because the mouse is delayed. In Linux you can do everything from a command line without a mouse).

For remote testing on Windows, could it be useful to try Mark Russinovich's PsExec tool?
