New archive of old forum files in Australia.

Don't laugh, I had to do a DNS on the domain name to find the host for the site I have in OZ. Recovered the account name and password and did a bit of a cleanup. Made a new directory and added the files that are already archived on the US site.

I hope this one will be accessible to our friends in China.
