Services framework.

I don't know if i had posted this before or not, i improved it a little bit lately anyway.

This is a framework i did some times ago providing the ability to create interactive (or not) services running under windows nt/2k/xp that auto-de/install themselves.

Services are running under system accounts and can be controlled in the admin tools/services managment console.

I think a service can also be used as a handy way to manage drivers (among other things).
