Title: Is HLA still under active development?

I've looked through randys projects over at sourceforge but, as far as i can see, there have been no updates at all in 2012. Has he moved his projects to something better, like GitHub, or has randy grown tired of hla and is working on something else? Anyone got the answers :bg
